Return Policy

Buffalo Mercantile stands behind every item we sell and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.  If for any reason you are not happy please feel free to send it back for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date (extended to 30 days if purchased during November or December to allow extra time for holiday gift-giving).  Please contact us at jessica@buffalo-mercantile.com so we can start the return process.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the condition they were received and in the original packaging, for maximum protection of the item. We are unable to provide a refund if the item has been altered or damaged in any way.  Unless the item was damaged during shipment.   If your item was damaged when you received it send us an email immediately on date item was received including photos of damaged product to jessica@buffalo-mercantile.com and we will get that taken care of. 

Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund (minus shipping 10% re-stocking fee) will be applied to your original method of payment and should post to your account within 7-14 business days.  You will also receive an email confirmation of the refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted to your account due to processing time. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at jessica@buffalo-mercantile.com

Vintage and Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and vintage items can only be exchanged or given store credit equal to purchase price minus 10% re-stocking fee.  
 
Exchanges 
We have a very limited quantity/size of each item as well as a lot of one-of-a-kind pieces, so exchanges are tricky. We will try our best to find you something similar or the correct size--we want you to love your Buffalo Mercantile pieces. 
 
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address below in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $50, shipping insurance and a trackable shipping service is required.
