Return Policy

Buffalo Mercantile stands behind every item we sell and want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.  If for any reason you are not happy, please feel free to send it back for store credit or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Please contact us at jessica@buffalo-mercantile.com so we can start the return process.
We are unable to provide credit/exchange if the item has been altered or damaged in any way. If your item was damaged when you received it send us an email immediately on date item was received including photos of damaged product to jessica@buffalo-mercantile.com and we will get that taken care of.

Exchanges 
We have a very limited quantity/size of each item as well as a lot of one-of-a-kind pieces, so exchanges are tricky. We will try our best to find you something similar or the correct size--we want you to love your Buffalo Mercantile pieces. 
 
Return Shipping
Items must be returned in the condition they were received and in the original packaging, for maximum protection of the item. Once you’ve emailed us and we have approved your return request, please mail your product(s) to the address below. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as providing us with tracking info once you have shipped your return.
